Associated Building Specialties, Inc. is a full service Division 10 Subcontractor dedicated to building and improving relationships with general contractors, developers, and manufacturers. We are a family run company committed to our client's needs and project time constraints. Founded in 1986 by Randy and Kathy Singer and based in Orlando, our team of estimators, project managers, administrators, and installers have years of experience and knowledge of the central Florida construction market.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Associated Building Specialties, Inc. is a Division 10 subcontracting firm that has been in business since 1986. We provide 33 years of expertise in the commercial construction industry in Central Florida. Our primary focus is large scale commercial construction including hospitality, multi family, theme park, and large venue projects.
CONSTRUCTION
Our company has built relationships with many of the largest general contractors and builders in the country. We specialize in public and guest room (residential) bath accessories, shower glass, bathroom partitions, fire extinguishers and cabinets, lockers, wall protection, flagpoles, and much more. With our installation crews, we self perform our work with attention to detail and schedule.
